1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the betvsa platform at betvsa.net — whether through a web browser, the betvsa mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the betvsa platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and betvsa. They apply to all services offered on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and customer support interactions.

betvsa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a betvsa account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a betvsa employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betvsa platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

betvsa may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access betvsa's full range of games and services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one betvsa account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify betvsa immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• betvsa will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration — ensure your details are correct at sign-up.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

betvsa processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) through supported mobile banking services. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. betvsa does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or payments from third-party accounts.

All deposits are credited to your betvsa account in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact betvsa support with your transaction reference number.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as your betvsa account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts.
• betvsa charges no fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside betvsa's control.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• betvsa may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

betvsa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• betvsa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

betvsa's promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures is considered abuse and will result in account action.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on betvsa use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. betvsa does not manipulate game results and has no ability to influence individual game outcomes once a round has begun.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the betvsa platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player.
• betvsa is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• betvsa reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.

Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with betvsa support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. betvsa will review the game logs and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betvsa platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one betvsa account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betvsa staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

betvsa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Duplicate account detection.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details. betvsa aims to resolve all account investigations within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets.

If an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to betvsa, provided the closure is not related to fraud or money laundering.

9 Responsible Gaming

betvsa is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betvsa players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betvsa platform.

These tools can be accessed from your account settings at any time. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. betvsa takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

The betvsa name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of betvsa's trademarks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

betvsa provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. betvsa's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim.

betvsa is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate security.

Nothing in these Terms limits betvsa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms
